Montenegro is being developed more and more every year, and like mushrooms after the rain, new hotels, private apartments and villas appear. To be honest, until recently, there was a shortage of this in Montenegro - there was a catastrophic lack of quality housing (cheap, ascetic rooms that can be easily found by “sobe” signs have long been not to the taste of selective Russian tourists). But now Montenegro can offer a high-level vacation, but what to choose - a hotel room, a private apartment or a villa? Our answer is definitely a villa!
1. Price – if you are traveling with a large family or a group of several families, then renting a villa will not be more expensive than a regular hotel, and perhaps even cheaper. If we compare a villa with rooms in a 4 * hotel, then its cost will be equal to the cost of two small rooms, and its advantages can be listed endlessly.
2. Service – many prefer hotels because of the service offered – daily cleaning, breakfast, taxi call, restaurant reservation, yacht rental, etc. However, now you can get all these services in your villa, you just need to designate them in advance to the manager who organizes your holiday. 3. Privacy – of course, the biggest plus when renting a villa! No one will invade your space and disturb your peace; you can lie around the pool for hours, sit in the evenings with a friendly company and cook a barbecue (of course, with a glass of wine in your hands, or maybe something stronger 😉 ), calmly let your children play on the territory of the villa and not be afraid that they will suddenly interfere with someone .
4. Dimensions – when renting a room in a hotel, you get a couple of rooms and, possibly, a terrace, and when renting a villa, you get not only several spacious rooms, but also a full kitchen with a dining area, several bathrooms and a landscaped area around the house, which usually includes a garden /lawns, a swimming pool, a separate summer kitchen with a grill area and many areas for relaxation with a cozy gazebo or even a hammock.
5. Freedom - this obvious advantage is not immediately evident, but in fact it greatly affects the quality of your holiday. In hotels or apartment complexes you will always be surrounded by people, especially during the peak season. In some hotels (for example, in Splendid) it is forbidden to bring any products purchased outside the hotel into the room. Sometimes you may be bothered by a noisy company from a neighboring room or children playing in the invasion of the Tatar-Mongol yoke and many other little things that together affect the impression of the rest. In the villa, or rather in your impregnable fortress, no one limits you, does not interfere, and you are deprived of all the above "charms" 😉
